- One-to-one or group sessions on smoking with a trained advisor, you may also be able to join online if you cannot be there in person
- In your first session with the advisor, you will be offered a breath test (this shows the level of Carbon monoxide in your body which is a harmful gas in cigarette smoke)
- Stop smoking aids will be discussed in your first session which includes; nicotine patches, gum, lozenges, inhalators, mouth and nasal sprays, and bupropion
- Your advisor will talk about benefits of smoking cessation and nicotine withdrawal symptoms
